Hand-picked ingredients dried in the sun with care and gingelly oil layer on top helps in preserving the pickle, despite its low vinegar and salt content. The pickle is made and packed hygienically with care, and packed in glass jars to prevent chemical reactions that take place when pickles are stored in plastic bottles (which poses serious health issues). So spice up your meal with a dose of home-cooked pickle from God's own country, served with love! Usage instructions: Please retain the oil layer on top as it acts as a preservative.
