Cook rice, dal and vegetables in a pressure cooker. Saute mustard seed, cashewnut, curry leaves, diced onion, diced capsicum in ghee. Add Bisibele Bhat Masala with tamarind pulp + salt to the sauted ingredients. Transfer the blend to the pressure cooker and cook on low flame.
