Chamba Chukh is a Generations-Old Traditional recipe only made in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. This Traditional Recipe is firstly Commercialized in 1987 by Valley Agro Foods (VALE'S) Chamba. Now gaining the interest of Customer Globally we launched our Traditional products on E- commerce platforms to reach & fulfill the demands of Customers. VALE'S the prominent Brand of Chamba Chukh is now available on Amazon. Highly regarded in Chamba regions, this recipe is prepared from locally grown Chitrali Chillies in the Chamba Valley. The red or fresh green Chilies are sun-dried and then blended with citrus extract from a local fruit and cooked with spices to form a paste. It is usually prepared in mustard oil which is commonly used in Indian cooking. This Tangy hot Chilly pickle and paste has a Smokey taste. Chamba Chukh is usually eaten as a condiment to go with meals usually eaten as a dip with Roti, Rice or Snacks, but also used in cooking to give that extra punch to Curry recipes. It can be consumed as a Hot sauce, Pickle, or a Food Additive.
