Pickles By Kochechi

• One bottle contains 200g raw chilli, or approximately 140g after brining. Extra salt added for preservation purpose.
• The green chilli pickle can be used to add hot flavor in curries, chutneys or any other food items.
• Ingredients: Birds eye chilli in brine solution, with vinegar
• We have both white and green varieties of birds eye chilli.
• Storage instructions: If stored in cool, dry place, it can remain fresh up to 6 months
• Kochechi salted birds eye chilli is prepared used organically grown green chillies, picked from local farmers in Kerala
• Instructions for use: Soak in clean cold water to remove excess salt
